We collect information you provide directly to us when you sign in using your Google account and use our services. This includes:
- Account Information: Your email address, and optionally your name and profile picture provided by Google.
- Trading Data: The trade journals, records, and portfolio data you input into the application.
- Usage Information: Minimal log data regarding how you interact with the PSE Trades app to ensure system stability.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the PSE Trades service, including:
- Authenticating your access to your private trading journals.
- Calculating trading statistics and performance metrics.
- Syncing your data across devices in real-time.
- Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS. Your data is stored securely in Firebase (Google Cloud Platform) data centers.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party service providers to power PSE Trades:
- Google Firebase: For authentication, database storage, and low-latency sync.
- Cloudflare: For secure application hosting and global performance optimization.
- Paddle: As our merchant of record for processing subscriptions and payments.
- RevenueCat: For managing subscription states and cross-platform entitlements.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal or trading data. We only share information in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: Such as when you explicitly share a journal with a team member or mentor.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
- Service Providers: With the third parties listed above who help us operate the service.
Retention of Data
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your journals or individual trade records at any time.
Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and all associated data instantly from within the app by opening the Account Settings menu and selecting "Delete Account". Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our active databases.
Prop Firm & Team Transparency
If you use our sharing features to provide access to a mentor or prop firm, please be aware that they will have read-only access to the journals you choose to share. We do not share your private account credentials with any third parties.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and performance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can perform most of these actions directly within the application settings.
Authentication is handled securely via Firebase (Google Cloud). You may sign in via Google or by creating an Email/Password account. We never have access to your private passwords.
